DWR Pro Installation

      Installation Instructions
      You can download a copy of the software from the link provided after purchase. We also recommend you familiarize yourself with each step of the DWR Pro installation guide.

      1. Run the installer.
      2. After installation completes, please right-click on the DWR shortcut on your desktop and select "Run as administrator".
      3. If you are not prompted to register when DWR starts up, please go to Help -> Register.
      4. You should see a dialog appear that looks like this:

      5. Enter the license id you were provided at time of purchase.
      6. Click Register.
      7. If it reports success, restart DWR and go to Help -> About to confirm the license details on the About screen. If you encounter an error, please send a screenshot to support@digitalwarroom.com so we can help troubleshoot.

      Important Notes:

      1. Be sure to download Microsoft SQL before you begin. DWR Pro version 2024 requires MS SQL Server version 2016 or higher - DWR recommends MS SQL server 2019 or higher. The MS SQL Server and Digital WarRoom softwares must be installed on the same machine as a prerequisite to installation support, training or any future support requests. All databases and matters generated by Digital WarRoom and MS SQL Server must be in the default directories on the same machine as the software is installed.
      2. If updating from DWR Pro version 10.2 or older to DWR Pro 2024, documents will not be keyword searchable until you go to Process -> Indexing. Click the "Sync Only" checkbox and click "Run Indexing".
