The step‑by‑step upgrade instructions are as follows:
Uninstall the existing version of DWR Pro (this will not affect any existing matters or databases).
Right‑click the installer and select Run as administrator.
Once installation completes, launch DWR as administrator and re-enter your license id when prompted.
