Catalog
Catalog is the component of the Digital WarRoom® Suite used to catalog all files and prepare them for filtering, searching, and review. The source files are processed and assigned a unique digital fingerprint. All source files are copied along with any expanded files (container files, mailboxes, etc.), ensuring the system maintains a strict chain of custody accountability of all source files. Files can be reviewed within the Digital WarRoom® native review environment (Designate), or in any number of third-party review software systems, such as Concordance® or Summation Blaze®. Catalog also supports quickly loading native and imaged productions that have been provided by the opposing party. GGO uses the Catalog component of the Digital WarRoom® Suite and provides specialized consulting services for standard and nonstandard document processing. Designate is the intuitive and easy to use native file review interface that allows attorneys, contract reviewers, and other client advisors to access, search, filter, review, earmark, and label documents in their native format. Designate allows reviewers to quickly organize and review files as well as capture their decisions and all attorney work product (Issue Codes, Marks, Comments, Privilege Log designations, redactions, etc.). You can host your own Digital WarRoom® review environment, or GGO can assist you in creating a customized review system that meets your access and control requirements. The Manage component of the Digital WarRoom® Suite is an easy-to-use interface for managing multiple matters and their documents simultaneously. Manage is used to set up new matters and configure the processing, review, and production policies required for each matter. In addition, Manage serves as the control point for accepting new documents into the matter and managing which documents are made available for review. Attorney work product (Marks, Issue Codes), user access assignments and rights, and keyword analysis optimization are also administered from the Manage interface. The final responsibility of the Manage component is to provide review managers, litigation support professionals, and attorneys with matter reports on the document collections, including review progress and activity, as well as production composition and status. Produce is the Digital WarRoom® component that allows you to collect, manage, and produce a set of reviewed documents. Documents in review can be added to production sets using configurable and extensible filtering criteria. Both native file exports and image (TIFF) based productions are supported with Produce. In addition, Produce can handle image conversion, endorsement, Bates numbering, and exporting document sets to transfer media—all from one console.
