Produce

Produce is the Digital WarRoom® component for collecting and managing one or multiple sets of reviewed documents for production in either native file or image (TIFF) format. Documents in review can be added to production sets using configurable and extensible filtering criteria, searching or review criteria, document content, metadata, or organization. From review to production (native or TIFF) in one easy and seamless step. The Digital WarRoom® Produce component can handle image conversion, endorsements, Bates numbering, and exporting document sets to transfer media for delivery to another party.

With the Produce interface and underlying conversion engine, Digital WarRoom® administrators can assign and monitor production activity, configure production policy, verify and quality check production results, and export productions in the required format.

Everything is provided for you to get up and running immediately. The Digital WarRoom® Suite is preconfigured and deployed on an enterprise-grade hardware platform. This includes a Database Server, Processing and Imaging Server, and one or more Review Hosting Servers. There are no software components to install on your local computers or laptops. Simply access Process via secure remote desktop connectivity.
