Manage

The Digital WarRoom® Suite includes a centralized management console—Manage—allowing review managers, partners, and senior paralegals to set and enforce review policies, assign documents sets (scopes) to reviewers, and monitor and manage review activity/progress. In addition, Manage allows Digital WarRoom® administrators to configure access controls, document collections, and set up matter databases.

Manage is the administration interface to set up new matters, configure review and production policies, and generate matter-related reports to help you better manage resources, documents, and expectations. This interface also acts as the control panel for managing the introduction of new documents into the matter collection and specifying which documents will be made available for review. Marks, Issue Codes, user access controls, and keyword analysis tools are also set up, configured, and managed via the Manage console. Preconfigured and customized reports on the document collection, review progress, and reviewer work activity can also be accessed by Digital WarRoom® administrators via this easy-to-use interface.

Everything is provided for you to get up and running immediately. The Digital WarRoom® Suite is preconfigured and deployed on an enterprise-grade hardware platform. This includes a Database Server, Processing and Imaging Server, and one or more Review Hosting Servers. There are no software components to install on your local computers or laptops. Simply access Manage via via secure remote desktop connectivity.
