Designate

Designate has an easy-to-use interface, like Microsoft® Outlook®, that enables documents to be reviewed in their native form and captures reviewer decisions (attorney work product). Reviewer decisions include Marks (e.g., produce, privileged), Issue Codes, Comments, and Privilege Log designations. These decisions are automatically propagated to any duplicate records in the database to ensure consistent review. Designate supports managing access to data and associated attorney work product and work assignments as defined by you via the Manage component.

Designate is an intuitive and easy to use native file review platform allowing attorneys, contract reviewers, and other client advisors to access, search, filter, and review documents in their native format. Designate captures reviewer decisions and all attorney work product (issue codes, marks, comments, privilege log entries, redactions, etc.). These decisions are automatically propagated to any duplicate records in the database to ensure consistent review. All review activity is captured and instantly stored in the matter database.

Everything is provided for you to get up and running immediately. The Digital WarRoom® Suite is preconfigured and deployed on an enterprise-grade hardware platform. This includes a Database Server, Processing and Imaging Server, and one or more Review Hosting Servers. There are no software components to install on your local computers or laptops. Simply access Designate via secure remote desktop connectivity.
