The Digital WarRoom® Suite includes Catalog, a scalable and proven application designed to catalog all file contents and meta data, and prepare them for filtering, searching, and review. Source files are processed and assigned unique digital fingerprints. All files are copied along with any expanded files (container files, mailboxes, etc.) to ensure that the system has a record of all source files.

The Catalog component of the Digital WarRoom® Suite catalogs all file contents, including metadata. Within a couple of clicks, you are cataloging files, expanding containers, capturing metadata, and preparing files for loading into a matter-centric database. All source files are copied along with any expanded files to ensure that the system has a record of every file touched. Files can be reviewed in Designate, the native file review component of the Digital WarRoom® Suite, or in any number of third-party review systems, such as Concordance® or Summation Blaze®.

• Process once—use in multiple matters. Once source files are processed, they can be associated with one or more matters in the Digital WarRoom® Suite. Eliminate the cost and time associated with reprocessing the same documents.

• Creates a record of every document—even processing exceptions. Catalog records every file touched so that all documents are accounted for during processing, including documents that other processing tools “drop on the floor” due to processing irregularities or inabilities. This ensures that you have a complete record and accounting of all files.

• Process files for review in Designate—or use in another third-party review software. Use the Digital WarRoom® Suite to seamlessly process, review, and produce your documents, or integrate it with your existing third-party review and hosting platforms. The Digital WarRoom® Suite complements and extends your existing review platform (and the associated capital and career equity already invested).

Everything is provided for you to get up and running immediately. The Digital WarRoom® Suite is preconfigured and deployed on an enterprise-grade hardware platform. This includes a Database Server, Processing and Imaging Server, and one or more Review Hosting Servers. There are no software components to install on your local computers or laptops. Simply access Catalog via secure remote desktop connectivity.
