David Cook Joins GGO

Seattle-based software and services provider GGO (www.digitalwarroom.com) announced today the addition of David Cook as General Counsel and VP of Corporate Strategy. Bill Gallivan, CEO of GGO remarked “David’s experience as a business and legal affairs executive in the software and financial services industries is a perfect fit for GGO at this stage in our growth.” David’s prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Digital Insight, an Intuit company providing SaaS internet banking software to 1500+ financial institutions, and General Counsel & Director of Transactions at a middle-market investment banking firm based in Seattle. Over his career, David has counseled executives including the former presidents of Sony Interactive and American Express, the former CFO of Korn/Ferry International, and many of the Pacific Northwest’s leading private business owners. David received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound. He is licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia and Washington State as house counsel.
